Organized - Rizwan always sent information in an orderly and organized manner. Through the use of DocuSign and other softwares, things moved along seamlessly
Technology knowledge - Rizwan always implied use of online technology to get documents moving fast through the home sale process
Market knowledge - Rizwan displayed great knowledge on the real estate market in the Toronto region. Additionally, he also has working knowledge on market / economic conditions, mortgages etc.
